You can prevent customers from booking appointments by setting a password in the company settings window.. Click on your company name at the top of the screen, then select "more options" just under the "save" button and then select the "General" tab, and select the "External Password" checkbox and type in a password. Now you can be selective about who you give this password to and change it anytime you like to stop access immediately!
