Good Afternoon, The only reservation I have about clients booking their own appointments, in the past I have trouble with Competitors making false appointments, how can your system prevent this from happening ?

Absolutely Julia, this was exactly the concern from our first customer, and indeed the product was built with exactly this in mind. But we have also built a new level of protection into the product recently, should that be needed too.

When any customer books any appointment, the system will firstly insist that they put in a phone number (ideally a mobile) and then it will text a confirmation code to that phone, and the appointment stays as "unconfirmed" until either the customer enters the code they have been sent, OR you phone them on the number given to confirm it with them via a phone call

Furthermore it is possible to set a general password protection for your DiaryBooker site so that only customers with the password can make bookings.
