Ability to customise text messages
We would like to be able to customise the text messages that are sent out to customers

I only want to customise 1 of the text messages relating to one particular appointment type (driving test) not to all the other reminder texts i send out. Can this be done?

We would like to be able to get replys from customers as text, as voice mail does not have contact name only number very fustrating to get several cancelations but not know who from!

Also the number used when texts are sent, is the one you add into the admin screen, so you can put your mobile number in there, so that you do get the replies if you prefer

We have now added the ability to add a note to the end of every message you send out, there is an option to do this in the admin screen (accessed by clicking on your company name at the top of the screen and selecting "more options" under the save button)

Also, contact number and address would be good

I 2nd that. Clients use the DB number to cancel appointments which I dont receive. Alternatively a 'no reply to this number' message on the bottom of the text.
