How to I block off hours or days (eg days off, holidays or appointments)
The way to do this is to create 3 services to do this:
"Day Off" which is 600 minutes long (10 hours), or you could do 480=8hours if you never have any business days longer than 8 hours
"Half Day Off" which is 240 (4 hours)
"One Hour Off" which is 60 minutes
Then set them all to be "Show Externally"= false and "Send Texts"=false
Then create an "appointment" with the relevant Employee with themselves as the Customer
and that should do what you need it to do.
