  5. Email a daily list of all appointments for that day

    for staff to book. i.e. every Saturday the bookable appointments are 9am 10:30am 12pm etc

  8. Allow user to suppress the welcome message and implement a low text alert email

    The initial warning on the screen that comes up every time the user logs in is pretty much being ignored because it comes up every time.

    So a proposal was made to allow users to check a tick box that says "don't show me this message again, unless there is a critical message/error"

    Also there was a request for a low text alert, in the form of an email (or text!!) to let them know well in advance that they need to buy more texts.

    I would like my customers to be able to see when i am available to be booked... I would also like the client to be able to click into the calendar on a said date and to book themselves in... maybe with the option of paying the deposit too

  12. to be able to enter the actual amount paid and for this to be collated and able to report on total income?

    instead of a change button when inputting amount paid it came up as total amount taken and was recorded under that patient/clients records as paid and total amount paid...would also be really helpful to be able to input method of payment cash chq visa banktransfer etc.

  13. How to I block off hours or days (eg days off, holidays or appointments)

    The way to do this is to create 3 services to do this:
    "Day Off" which is 600 minutes long (10 hours), or you could do 480=8hours if you never have any business days longer than 8 hours
    "Half Day Off" which is 240 (4 hours)
    "One Hour Off" which is 60 minutes

    Then set them all to be "Show Externally"= false and "Send Texts"=false

    Then create an "appointment" with the relevant Employee with themselves as the Customer

    and that should do what you need it to do.

If not I’m guessing the way to do that would be to set the rooms up as ‘employees’. Can you then do a booking for more than one ‘employee’ at a time?"

    Currently you could indeed create rooms as "employees" and each room then has its own column each day, so if you had 3 rooms then there would be three columns per day in which bookings could be made. However, you…

  17. prompt user to extend employee hours

    When a DiaryBooker user (Admin) tries to book an appointment outside the normal hours of an employee, the system will let you do it, but will warn you that its happening and ask if you are sure. It would be helpful if there was an option in the dialog box at that point to extend the employee hours

  18. Allow customers to edit their own details

    The end users (people booking with businesses who are using DiaryBooker) should have the option to see their previous appointments and edit their own details (name/number/address etc)

  19. Can I search for client or customer appointments

    Yes, if you open up the client contact card, then click the "more" button, under the "save button" then select the "appointments" tab it will show you a list of all the appointments for that client. Then you can keep that window open and navigate to the appointment date and open it there, then if you want to move that appointment, you can open the "more" button in the appointment window and choose the "move" tab and move the appointment that way....

    We are hoping that in a future release, you will be able to click on the list of…

  20. Post Appointment Buffer

    I would like to be able to add a "buffer" time to the end of each appointment, so that perhaps the appointment is 45 mins, but I dont want to have a client until I have had a 15 minute break.
